I stayed in the cabin to the left.

It was evident it was fall with the colors and the dropping temperatures.

I took a trip up one of the small rivers fed by snow melt from "the mountain"

Bald Eagels mate for life, this pair is watching their yearling fly from tree to tree.

The yearling does not get it's white head feathers until about 4 years old and ready to leave the "nest".

This was the last cruise of the season and most of the tourists stayed out of the weather.

The colder glacial water takes a while to warm and blend with the fresh water.

This kennel breeds and trains sled dogs, and they are treated royally.

The Indians keep caribou as we do cattle and use everything.
