went to the dump today and there must have been 40 of these eagles |

just looked like discarded tissue from a distance but up close, awsome frost |

saw this little guy at work today. i caught it on a plate as not to harm him. so cute. |

gotta love the colour and detail in these little critters |

don't know most of there names. they are all so beauiful. |

i love to get up close to almost anything and see the detail. some common bugs around the yard. |

took these pics from a boat of fireworks set off at deep bay, vancouver island, b.c. |

power was out for 6 days, freezer partially thawed, so i thought i would feed the gulls |

just some shots i wanted to share. i liked them. |

went for a walk today and this is what i saw,.and i love spring too. |

unusual frost appearing on decomposing alder branches and ice on spider webs |

laying on my belly again trying to get a clear pic of his tongue. i think i got it this time. hope you like. |

didn't see these two for about 4 days and thought something got them. now they are fully feathered. bit of down still. can't fly yet and are bathing all the time. they will paddle within a couple of feet from me. |

they are so ugly they are cute. eggs last week and all four hatched |

we were waiting for the rest of the crew one winter evening. happy to see them and what an awesome sunset in the background. |

i wish the moth was as clear as the lily. it was so cute. |

i watched him catch the woodbug and then went for the camera. |

i did this by mistake. i took a picture of a framed picture and the reflection is awesome to me cause on his cheek is the first wine goblet he made and behide his ear is the third one he made (glassblower) |

mom put this fish on the raft where i work. about a minute later baby came and took it. |

feather is about and inch and a half long. i thought it was natures way of holding beauty. |

still a little green but full of awesome flowers and it's im my yard for me to enjoy every day |

spent the day mowing and puttering in my yard today and took a few shots of what i saw. |

just a little weed i wish i could find again to take more pics. can't beleive what i saw when i enlarged it. don't know how nature does it. so many little feelers or something. |

I wanted to say thanks for the comment you left - I had just put my first pics up and I really appreciate the encouragement! The lizards...
Abbie: are really common around my house (in Austin, TX), there seem to be more this year than last - and they turn from green to brown and back like chameleons do. They're fun to have around!
